Does it work on shared hosting?
Yes. NexusSender works on standard cPanel shared hosting with PHP 8.0+ and MySQL. License verification is handled through our API server so no special server configuration is needed. All features including sending, warmup, tracking, and analytics work perfectly on shared hosting.
What SMTP providers are supported?
Any SMTP provider works. Gmail with App Password, Outlook and Office365, Zoho Mail, PrivateEmail, Amazon SES, SendGrid, or any custom SMTP server. You can connect as many accounts as you want and NexusSender rotates between them automatically.
How many emails can I send per day?
There are no limits set by NexusSender. Your daily volume depends entirely on your SMTP provider limits. Simply add more SMTP accounts to scale up and NexusSender will rotate sending across all of them automatically.
How does reply detection work?
Reply detection is powered by our central VPS server. When a lead replies to your email, our server detects the reply and communicates it back to your NexusSender installation via API. The sequence then stops automatically for that lead and the reply appears in your Unibox with AI categorization such as Interested, Not Interested, Meeting Request, and Out of Office. No additional server setup is required on your end.
How do I receive my license key and source code after purchase?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, our system automatically sends your license key and download link to your email address. No manual steps required. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (505) 528-3532.
Do I get free updates?
